Anacapa Soda Blasting is a division of Anacapa Water Blasting Inc. established in 1999. Since that time Anacapa Soda Blasting has grown into a unique and diverse company, which offers customers a wide range of services. These services include; Abrasive & Non-Abrasive Media Blasting, Aero-Space/Industrial/Automotive Painting, Powder Coating/Plascoat, Welding, Fabrication, Panel Replacements and Bodywork and Commercial Hot Water Pressure Washing.

Soda/Media Blasting

To keep up with the changing times and opportunities Anacapa has continued to keep pace with our current customer needs and wants. With this in mind, we have grown from just “Soda Blasting” to offering a wide range of Media Basting. Some of the most common blasting Medias we use besides Sodium Bicarbonate(Soda) are Garnet, Aluminum Oxide (white/brown), Glass Bead, Plastic Bead, Walnut Shells, and Silicone Carbide to name a few. Our large blasting booth (40’L x 20”W x 14’H) is capable of handling large projects with ease. Our ability to drive our 13,000 lbs, forklift inside the booth and safely maneuver it around is a tremendous advantage over smaller and less capable blasting houses. We also have several cabinet blasters with a variety of Medias loaded and ready to blast smaller parts for a quick turnaround.

Aero-Space/Industrial/Automotive Painting

At Anacapa we also provide a wide variety of painting services ranging from Aero-Space to Mil-Spec to Industrial and Custom Automotive painting. Like our large blasting booth we also have a large paint booth (37’L x 14’W x 12”H) capable of handling some very large projects. The paint booth is equipped with a 1 million BTU heater which gives us the capability to paint all year long and cure/bake up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

Powder Coating/Plascoat

Powder Coating and Plascoat provide a resilient, chip resistant and durable exterior coating for your projects. We carry a variety of powders from RAL colors to Super Durables to Hammer Tones to Metallic Colors to Transparent/Candies to exterior and interior colors.

Welding, Fabrication

At Anacapa we have a wide range of welders and plasma machines to work on thin to thick gage metals. We have large fabrication tables and jigs to quickly setup and begin working on your project.

Panel Replacements and Bodywork

Our expert body men are capable of repairing and replacing damage panels on almost any vehicles to include automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment and RV’s.

Commercial Hot Water Pressure Washing

We also provide Commercial Hot Water Pressure Washing services throughout Ventura County, Parts of Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County. With our fleet of Pressure washing trucks and trailers we are capable of taking on large scale jobs.
